The revision of the Election Law has become an urgent legislative priority that can no longer be postponed, as a series of Constitutional Court rulings have significantly reshaped the country’s electoral legal framework and require follow-up through legislative reform. At the same time, rapid technological developments, efforts to strengthen political party governance, and the need to enhance the quality of public participation have emerged as increasingly important issues in advancing an electoral democracy grounded in integrity.
