This book attempts to detail the issues surrounding the 2019 Simultaneous Elections at both the systemic and managerial levels. The study covers two research areas: Lampung Province and West Java Province. Lampung Province was selected because, in the 2014 elections, it held five separate elections (governor election, House of Representatives election, Regional Representative Council election, Provincial Legislative Council election, and Regency/Municipal Legislative Council election). West Java Province was selected because it has the largest population. Stakeholders in Jakarta were involved in discussions and interviews both before and after the field research was conducted in the regions.
